1. Service description

Toolaze provides AI generation, AI editing, image utilities, video utilities, prompt workflows, generation history, and credit-based purchases. Toolaze is an independent AI creative platform that provides a custom interface for supported third-party AI model workflows.

• AI generation: Some tools use third-party model providers and cloud infrastructure to process prompts, uploaded media, and generated outputs.

2. Use of service

• License: You may use Toolaze for personal or commercial purposes if you follow these Terms.
• Credits: Purchased credits are one-time purchases, valid for 12 months, and returned when a failed generation is confirmed.
• Acceptable Use:
  1. Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, overload, or interfere with the service.
  2. Use the service to create illegal, NSFW, sexual, hateful, deceptive, or infringing content.
  3. Use automated systems that harm availability, security, payment flows, or safety systems.

3. User content and commercial use

• Your Ownership: You keep the rights you already have in prompts, uploads, reference files, and generated outputs.
• Commercial Use: Commercial use is allowed for generated outputs, subject to these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, applicable law, and any third-party model provider rules.

AI outputs can be inaccurate, unexpected, delayed, unavailable, similar to outputs generated for other users, or blocked by safety systems.

• We do not guarantee that a third-party model will produce a specific result, quality level, style, file type, or delivery time.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Toolaze is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.

7. Refunds and changes

Credits and digital services are generally non-refundable under the Refund Policy. Exceptional requests are reviewed individually, and failed generations may qualify for a credit return. We may update these Terms from time to time, and continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
