When do my Credits expire, and which ones are used first?
Monthly subscription Credits expire one month after they're added, while purchased Credits last 12 months. You can stack both balances, and we use the Credits that expire first.
When do I receive Credits on a yearly plan?
An annual plan is paid upfront for the full year, and we add your Credits month by month.
Can I change my plan?
You can move from Standard to Pro or switch from monthly to yearly billing. The change takes effect immediately after you pay the difference. Downgrades aren't available yet.
What if my renewal payment fails?
We'll keep member models and concurrent tasks available during a 3-day grace period while you update your payment method. We won't add new monthly Credits until the payment goes through.
Which plans include member-only models?
Standard and Pro both include member models. Free users can still use Seedance 1.0 Pro Fast and Seedance 1.0 Pro.
How do I cancel, and can I get a refund?
You can cancel from the Billing Portal, and your plan stays active until the next billing cycle. Refunds follow the Toolaze refund policy; contact support for help. Spent Credits are not automatically refunded.
