To keep the test fair: • Same prompt across all models • Highest available resolution per model • Three generations per tool, best one selected Results (22nd August 2025): Seedance – actually feels like HD, minimal morphing, great visual consistency Hailuo 02 – Organic movement, decent consistency Wan 2.2 – hands morph a little, the face stays pretty intact, feels like it’s dropping frames Veo 3 – great prompt adherence, awkward movement, lower resolution Midjourney HD – instant face morphing, lower resolution, though great style consistency Kling 2.1 Master – pretty horrible face morphing going on, not suitable for professional work I am surprised how well Seedance is performing and how poorly Kling 2.1 is. However, this is just one test. Did I miss anything?
